PE Only this week!

Happy Holidays!!!

Since we have a short week of school, there will only be a PE assignment due this week. Please try to stay active this week and over the winter break. We trust that you will have plenty of opportunities to get outside over the winter break. Use this time to take a break from technology and get some fresh air and exercise. I hope everyone has a safe, healthy and blessed holiday season.

Enjoy "Mother Nature"

Hopefully everyone can get a chance to enjoy the outside and get away from the "virtual" setting and take in some fresh air. We hope everyone stayed safe through the storm and is digging their way out. Stay safe and get out to enjoy some of natures beauty.

Virtual Learning in Full Swing

It is a beautiful morning and as they say "The calm before the storm!"

With a big winter storm on the horizon, the opportunity to get outside and play in the snow, sled or even help shovel is there for everyone. Please use this chance to get off of the computer, away from technology and enjoy the outdoors. We know it is difficult to learn in the virtual setting please understand it is not easy to teach either. There is a health assignment due at the end of the week, along with a PE assignment. Please make sure to record your activity during the week, and "Turn In" the assignments at the end of the week.

Please stay safe and healthy!
We miss you!

Stay positive, we will be together soon!!!

Virtual Week!!!

We have another week of Virtual Learning this week 12/7-12/11.  It is important that students complete the assignments in Google Classroom and then "Turn In' the assignment. This will allow students to have their responses submitted for a grade.

Physical Education and Health grades will remain Satisfactory (S), Need Improvement (NI), or Unsatisfactory (U). Assignments are given due dates so students can meet the State Mandate of 150 minutes of PE and Health each week. It is difficult for students to make up the assignments if they miss them, because the 150 minutes is per week and cannot be averaged over a period of time. We have been very lenient in accepting assignments past their due dates. We cannot stress enough that assignments need to be completed by the due date. This will ensure that we are meeting the NJ Health and PE standards.
