Happy New Year!!!

 


Even though we will begin 2021 virtually at OCS lets work hard to making this a great year. Take some time each day to get away from the computer and take an activity break. This will help you focus on your academic work, sleep better, and help you work to the goal of 60 minutes of activity a day. Some suggestions for activity breaks:

  •  walk the dog
  • do some jumping jacks
  • do some burpees
  • stretch (legs, core, and upper body)
  • complete you PE station warm u
    •   lunges
    •     push ups
    •     squats
    •     jumping jacks
    •     mountain climbers
    •     burpees
    •     curl ups
    •     wind mills

These are just some suggestions. Can you think of some other activities that will help you stay active?  Make sure to include them in your PE log! Be sure to "Turn In" your log at the end of each week.
